Called when a namespace has been externally remapped.

Parameters:

oldPrefix - old prefix. if null this is a fresh mapping

newPrefix - new prefix. if null this is an unmap operation

uri - uri to map prefix to

Throws:

javax.jcr.RepositoryException - if an error occurs
